What guests see and when

When to use this

  • A guest says part of the guide is missing.
  • Checkout instructions show at the wrong time.

Steps

  1. Each block has a visibility: before check-in, after check-in, or always.
  2. Before check-in day, guests see blocks set to “before check-in” and “always”.
  3. On or after check-in day, they also see blocks set to “after check-in” and “always”.
  4. Checkout steps use “after check-in” in the editor, but guests only see them during the checkout window: from the start of the day before checkout through checkout day, using your property’s time zone.
  5. If something looks wrong, check the property time zone (see the address and time zone article).
