Contacts and emergencies

When to use this

• You want tap-to-call or WhatsApp on the guest guide.
• You see “shared” emergency rows from the platform catalog.

Steps

1. Open Contacts in the bottom menu, then tap Add new contact for a library entry you can link to several properties.
2. Library contacts apply to your listings when linked. Per-property contacts belong to one unit—add those on the property edit page.
3. Shared emergency contacts are published by the platform; you attach them to a property where allowed.
4. Turn on WhatsApp on a contact when the number should open WhatsApp for guests.
